The National Archives Finishes Its Preparations for the Participation at the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition

The National Archives of the United Arab Emirates finished its preparations for the participation in the 13th edition of the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, which will be held in Abu Dhabi from September 9-12, 2015.
The National Archives is always keen on the annual participation in this exhibition because of its international significance; it is also considered one of the most important exhibitions that deals with hunting and equestrian at the regional level. The National Archives’ participation in it is an opportunity to keep the exhibition’s visitors abreast of its national activities and events, recent publications and the main features of its developments.
The participation of the National Archives in this year comes in the form of a pavilion of a heritage nature with four screens. The large screen will display documentaries about hunting, and some traditional sports, which receive the attention of the leadership and the people of the United Arab Emirates. The other three screens are interactive touch screens, through which visitors can get unique heritage information about horses, camels, falcons, and hunting.
The National Archives will provide its visitors with the opportunity to access the Zayed Audio Library smart application, which contains hundreds of audio recordings that address various local, Arab, and international issues. As its content is important, so the National Archives will give visitors the opportunity to download this smart application free of charge.
The National Archives will display all over its pavilion many rare historical photographs documenting aspects of the activities of the founding leader Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his interest in the history and heritage of the United Arab Emirates.
The National Archives will brief the visitors at its pavilion, which is No. D 1611 and located in Hall No. 11 at the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2015, on its activities and duties. It will also provide them with some publications that document its grand role in preserving the memory of the nation for the future generations.
